今日はとても風が強い日でした。うちのまるちゃんは、強い風を怖がります。一晩中、まるちゃんは、クッションの上でうずくまっていました。

Today was windy. My dog is afraid of a strong wind. During the night, she was crouching on her cushion.

最近、私の髪に元気がなくスタイルが上手にできません。悲しいな～。でも、頭皮マッサージをしてみようと思います。もう歳だからって言いたくないから^^v

 Recently, my hairstyle is very bad, because my hair is becoming poor. I am sad. But I try to do a head massage. I don’t say I’m not getting any younger.

今治市の大島に行った同僚から、塩まんじゅうを頂きました。一口サイズで、中は白餡でした。ほんのり塩味がしてとても美味しかったです。

A coworker who went to Oshima in Imabari City gave me a salt bean-jam bun. It was bite size. The bean-jam was white. It was a little salty and very good.

英会話のレッスンの時に、最近起こったトルコの大地震について話しました。私の知り合いの方がいてその方たちは大丈夫だった事を言うと、 Miyakoさんが、「名前はなんていうの？」と聞かれたので言いました。すると、MiyakoさんとRichardもその方の事を知っていました。とてもビックリです！

 I told about the earthquake of Turkey with everyone on English conversation lesson. I said, “My friend’ family live in Turkey. But they were safe.”  Miyako asked me. “What is a name?”  I answered. Just then, Miyako and Richard knew them too. I was very surprised!

やっと、去年のお米がなくなりました。私は新米を精米しました。今日から美味しいお米が食べられる！

At last, rice of last year was lost. I polished new rice. I can eat delicious rice. I am very happy!

先週から、急に寒くなったので寒くてじっと動けずにいました。なので、ホットカーペットを出しました。出せば出したで、ホットカーペットの上から動けなくなりました。私にはつらい冬です。

Suddenly it got cold from last week. I gat tried of housework, because I am sensitive to the cold. Then I put down a carpet. But I felt warm on the carpet and I could not move. The winter is hard for me.

ハロウィーンですね。今年は、オレンジのカボチャが手に入りませんでした。なので、折り紙でカボチャ作りにチャレンジしてみました。不器用な私には最後まで作れませんでした。残念！

Today was Halloween. This year, I couldn’t buy a orange pumpkin. I tried to make folding paper of a pumpkin. But I didn’t complete it, because I am clumsy with my hands. Too bad!

母と一緒に車で買い物に行きました。私はスーパーマーケットの駐車場に車を止めました。買い物し終わって話しながら、駐車場に行きました。母も私もかなりの方向音痴で、どこに車を止めたのか分からなくなりました。そこに、ハザードランプがついた車がありました。よく見ると私の車でした。とても恥ずかしかったです。帰りの車中では二人で大笑いしました。

 I went shopping with my mother by my car. I parked my car in the car park of the supermarket. After shopping, we returned to the car park. But we couldn't find my car, because we were persons who have no sense of direction. We found the car which was lighting a lamp. When I gazed it, it was my car. I was ashamed. When we came home, we had a hearty laugh in my car.
