I went to yoga class.

I could refresh.

The instructor told about Hiroyuki Itsuki.

It was simple.
Then everyone told many things about her talking.

I marveled at the woman's words.

"Willow branches are supple and delicate. But the willow is strong. 

If it be windy and snowy, willow branches are bent."

It was

 "To be bend no broken."

I think that both our body and mind be softer,then we be more healthy.

蒸し暑い日でしたが、ヨガ教室に行ってきました。

インストラクターの先生が、作家の五木寛之さんについてお話をしてくれました。
いたって、簡単なお話でした。
それから、みなさんからそれに関連した話がたくさん出てきました。
中でも、

柳に風折れなし

という、ことわざが、心を打ちました。
柳は枝も細く弱弱しく見えるけれど、風が吹いても、雪が降っても、
その枝は折れない。という意味でした。
確かに、負けず嫌いで無理をしていると体だけでなく心まで折れる事があります。
私も、子供たちに「柳のようにね、柔軟な考えを持ちながら、
根っこはしっかり地面をつかんでおくことが大切なんよ。」 なんて、
即席で子供に言った事がありますが、
ちゃんとした言葉があるとは、今まで知らなかったのは少し恥ずかしたっかです。
でも、若い時もそうですが、年をとれば体も心も固くなってくると思いますが、
今一度、ヨガを通して体とともに心の柔軟もしていければと思いました。

Finally it was connected to the internet.

Although I was a little worried, I was relieved to connect.

I went to the hospital for undergoing a medical examination today.

I hate to be the most testing of the stomach.

Because of I have to take a barium meal.

It tastes awful.

After testing of stomach, I have to consume two liters of water.

It is very difficult.

After one week, I hope to receive good results.

So I didn’t eat anything from 9p.m. of yesterday.

I want to eat something delicious for dinner today.

先週から、私のモバイルパソコンがインターネットに繋がらなくなり、困っていましたが、
やっと繋がるようになり、ほっとしました。

今日は、年に一度の健康診断の日でした。
この歳になると、いろんなところが心配なのですが、
胃の検査だけは、大嫌いです＾＾；
なんといっても、バリウムがなかなか飲めないので…。
だって、とても不味いんです。でも、我慢して飲んで…。
またその後に、２リットルの水を飲んでくださいと言われ、
かなり、しんどいです＾＾；
まあ、一週間後の結果が良い事を願って、今日は美味しい夕飯を食べましょう(*^。^*)
（昨日の夜の９時から何も食べていなかったので！）

Today was father's day.

My father is 70 years old,

Father in low is 74 years old.

They are very healthy.

They like a car.

Recently my father bought a sporty car.

Father in law thinks that he buys a new car until next April

Because of the safety check on his car expires next April.

He said, "I will buy a new car. This is the last buy."

My father said, too.

And I seemed father in law also wanted a sporty car.

The day my husband and I went to two car dealership with parents in law.

A salesman said to us, "Today is father's day. Gift a car to your parents is a good idea!"

We smiled wryly.

We can imagine that we buy a new car.

We could give beers to father in law and give moxa to my father.

"Thanks a lot! "

今日は、父の日です。
義父は、７４歳。実父は、７０歳。
どちらも、元気です。
また、車が好きで、最近実父がこれが最後とスポーティーな新車を購入しました。
義父も、来年の４月で車検が切れるので新しい車が欲しいようです。
二人とも、これが最後と言っています＾＾
その日、主人と私と義父母とで、nissan とmazdaへ車を見に行きました。
義父は、とっても悩んでいて　セールスマンの方が、
「今日は父の日だからプレゼントしてあげるのはどうですか＾＾」
と言われ、ちょと苦笑い＾＾；
私達は、一緒に悩んで選ぶことくらいしかできません。残念！！！

ちなみに、義父にはビールを　実父にはお灸をプレゼントしました。
お父さん、いつもありがとうございます(*^。^*)

Today it rained and rained and rained.

I did't do anything.

My mother gave me a hydrangea several days ago.

It bloomed beautifully in the rain.

今日は、雨が降り続き、何もできませんでした。
でも、２，３日前に実母から貰ったアジサイはとてもきれいに咲いていました。

At afternoon my friend came to me.

She brought me potted a tomato and strawberry.

It was very good.

Then we talked about many things over tea.

We had a good time.

I was very happy.

I'm looking forward to grow them.

私の友達が、トマトと苺が植わったプランターを持ってきたくれました。
とても立派な苗でした。
それから、久しぶりに、お茶を飲みながら、いろんな事をおしゃべりが出来て、
とても楽しかったです。
突然の訪問でしたが、とても嬉しかったです。
もらった苗、大切に育てますね＾＾v

Yesterday I went to English conversation class.

One of students gave blueberries to everyone.

The blueberries are likely not ship.

My mother grows blueberries in pots.

Blueberries I got were bigger and better than my mother's blueberries.

Blueberries were filled plastic container.

We ate delicious them.

Thank you very much!

昨日の英会話教室で、生徒さんのひとりから、ブルーベリーをみんなにいただきました。
実母も鉢でブルーベリーを育てていますが、
いただいたブルベリーの方が大きく、美味しかったです。
プラスチック容器にたくさんもらったのですが、あっという間に食べてしまいました。
出荷できない物といわれていましたが、私達にとったらとっても有難いものです。

In this district they plant rice in the first ten days of June.

There were rice paddies all around.

Seedlings of rice were lined up straight.

この辺りでは、6月上旬から田植えが始まります。
田んぼはすっかり水が張られ、道でゆっくり走る田植え機とすれちがいます。
小さなイネ苗が、きれいに並んで植わっているのも可愛らしいものです。
