今日、息子がバスで滋賀に戻りました。私は、忘れ物の無いようにと念を押していましたが、やはり忘れ物がありました。それは、就職活動ではく靴でした。早速、荷造りをして息子へ送りました。来年の春までに就職先が見つかるかな～。不安です！

 Today, my son returned to Shiga by bus. I told him again to be sure to take all his things, but he forgot to bring his thing. It was his shoes which he has to wear for job hunting. At once, I packed it and sent it to him. Can he get a job by next spring? I am worried.

今日はとても風が強い日でした。うちのまるちゃんは、強い風を怖がります。一晩中、まるちゃんは、クッションの上でうずくまっていました。

Today was windy. My dog is afraid of a strong wind. During the night, she was crouching on her cushion.

I went to shopping mall with my family. My daughter bought a white jacket, earrings and a white bag for alumni meeting in her pocket money. My son didn’t buy anything. But he went to drink with his friend in his pocket money at night. My children seemed to be happy. I want to get pocket money too!

私は家族とショッピングモールへ行きました。娘は、同窓会のために　白いジャケットとイヤリングと白いバッグを自分のお小遣いで買いました。息子は、何も買いませんでした。でも、息子はお小遣いで友達と夜飲みに行きました。2人ともとても楽しそうでした。私もお小遣いが欲しいな～！

Today, I visited Gokoku jinja shrine first time in this year. I prayed for our happiness. Then I ate Osechi with relatives. We had a good time.

明けましておめでとうございます。今年もマイペースで頑張ろう！　今日、私は護国神社へ初詣に行きました。私は、みんなにとって良い年でありますように！と、お祈りしました。それから、親戚のみんなと一緒におせち料理を食べました。とても楽しかったです。

I have opened the gate of the garage, because my husband was coming home at night.

Suddenly I heard that my dog and the other gave a bark.

I opened curtain in a hurry and look at my garden.

One goat had just invaded.

I was in panic and called my parents who live near my house.

The mother knew a master of the goat. She called to a master.

After a while, I got a telephone call from my mother.

She said, “Now, it’s all right.”

I have lived in the country. But a goat had never invaded in my garden.

I was surprised because of first time.

I thought that I would go to meet the goat, because the goat is nearby.

夜、旅行に行っていた主人が戻ってくるのでガレージの門扉を開けていました。突然、まるちゃんの吠える声とまたそれとは違う鳴き声が聞こえました。急いでカーテンを開けて庭を見るとヤギが侵入しているではないですか！！私はパニックになってしまって近くに住む両親に電話をかけました。実母がヤギを飼っている人を知っていたので連絡してもらいました。しばらくしてから、実母から「ヤギは捕獲したから大丈夫よ。」と、電話がありました。まあまあ田舎に住んでいるのですが、ヤギが侵入してきたのは初めてでビックリしました。近くで飼われているらしく今度はこちらから会いに行ってみようと思いました。

My husband left to Oita prefecture with coworkers.

This night, I was alone.

I thought that I could take it easy.

However I felt lonely, after night came.

At such time, I got a telephone call from my son.

He grumbled about meeting the men with bad traffic manners twice at daytime, and he was offended with them.

After talking, he seemed to feel fine, and he ringed off.

When we are living alone, we often want to talk to someone even trifles.

I was happy that the partner was me, but I felt strange.

I thought the reason was that he drank at midnight.

I was a little happy, too. And I could sleep well.

今朝から主人は大分へ旅行です。

今晩は、私ひとりです。のんびりできるかと思っていたのですが、夜になるとなんだか寂しくなってきました。そんな時、息子から電話がありました。内容は、昼間に２回交通マナーの悪い人と出会い気分が悪かったという愚痴でした。話し終わるとすっきりした様で、電話を切りました。一人暮らしをしていると、ちょっとした事でも誰かに言いたくなる時があるのでしょうね。その相手が私とは、嬉しいような不思議な気分です。まあ、夜中だったのと、少しアルコールが入っていたせいでしょうね。私も少し気分が軽くなってよく眠れました。
