I got a miso from my former boss who lives in Shikokutyuo city where was became famous by a movie of calligraphy girls.

Her husband helped a factory’s peoples to make the handmade miso.

The miso was made in a hot place.

She said, “it  possibly put his sweat into the miso! It’s a joke!”

But I thought that the miso was made for all everyone’s worth.

Many thanks for everyone.

I always use a mugi miso. Miso which I got from her is the kome miso.

I’m looking forward to take a taste of kome miso.

映画の書道ガールで有名になった四国中央市在住の元上司から、お味噌を頂きました。

ご主人さんが、お手伝いに行かれているところのお味噌だそうで全行程手作りだそうです。

お味噌を作るところは、とても暑い場所だそうです。

「もしかしたら、主人の汗も入っているかも～＾＾」なんて言われましたが、

そこまで大変な思いをして作られたお味噌なのだな～と、ありがたく思いました。

いつも麦味噌を使っていたのですが、いただいたお味噌は米味噌で味がどうなのか楽しみです。
