At morning I saw may face in the mirror. I was suｒprised that my right cheek was swollen.
So recently I massaged my husband's foots every day.
Perhaps I thought that it was the source of the trouble
I hope that each other will be in good health..

At night I had a bath longer than usual.
I gave rice cakes with strawberries from the neighbor. It was very good !
I was very happy !

朝起き て鏡を見たら、右の頬が腫れていて　びっくりしました。
最近、毎晩主人の足をヨガで習ったように動かしています。
たぶん、それが原因で腫れたんだと思います。
主人も、早く体重が落ちて体も柔らかくなるとしなくて済むのですが、
健康のためとはいえ、どちらが、頑張らなければならないのでしょうね＾＾；

今日は、長めのお風呂に入り、お菓子作りが上手なご近所さんが作った苺大福を食べました。
とっても美味しく、とっても癒されました＾＾ｖ

I don't like putting on makeup.
But I thought that I have to put on makeup for protect my skin from ultraviolet rays.
Because I was surprised to see my daughter's fair-complexioned face.
When my daughter was a high school student, she got suntanned .
But now It's natural that the skin of her face is fine.
Because she started to protect her skin from ultraviolet rays, and she is nineteen years old.
Ｉ bought the cosmetics which was used by her.
My husband laughed and said, "You and she aren't the same."
But I keep on makeup. And Ｉ want to be younger than my age ^^v

私は、化粧をするのが面倒な方です。
でも、高校時代真っ黒だった娘が、大学生になってから急に色白になってビックリしました。
若いから、肌もきれいなのは当然でしょうが、私も娘が使っている化粧品を試してみようと思い買ってみました。
主人は、「二人とも、一緒じゃないんだから～。」と、笑って言っていました。
でも、紫外線をなるべくカットして老化に歯止めをかけようと頑張ってみます＾＾v
