My husband left to Oita prefecture with coworkers.

This night, I was alone.

I thought that I could take it easy.

However I felt lonely, after night came.

At such time, I got a telephone call from my son.

He grumbled about meeting the men with bad traffic manners twice at daytime, and he was offended with them.

After talking, he seemed to feel fine, and he ringed off.

When we are living alone, we often want to talk to someone even trifles.

I was happy that the partner was me, but I felt strange.

I thought the reason was that he drank at midnight.

I was a little happy, too. And I could sleep well.

今朝から主人は大分へ旅行です。

今晩は、私ひとりです。のんびりできるかと思っていたのですが、夜になるとなんだか寂しくなってきました。そんな時、息子から電話がありました。内容は、昼間に２回交通マナーの悪い人と出会い気分が悪かったという愚痴でした。話し終わるとすっきりした様で、電話を切りました。一人暮らしをしていると、ちょっとした事でも誰かに言いたくなる時があるのでしょうね。その相手が私とは、嬉しいような不思議な気分です。まあ、夜中だったのと、少しアルコールが入っていたせいでしょうね。私も少し気分が軽くなってよく眠れました。

I got Japanese radish leafs, persimmons and the fig jam from my mother, because she got Japanese radish leafs, persimmons and figs.

The flesh of a persimmon is very soft unlike the kind of a persimmon of my house, and it was very delicious.

Then I was putting the fig jam on the table.

Whenever I look at it, it seemed to decrease.

Who ate the jam? My husband did it!

There was nothing for it, because it was delicious.

実母から近所の方にもらったということで、大根葉と富有柿とイチジクはジャムにしてもらいました。その柿は家の柿の種類とは違って果肉がとても柔らかくとても美味しかったです。イチジクのジャムは、テーブルの上に置いておいたのですが、見るたびに減っているような…。犯人は主人です。美味しいので、仕方ないかな。感謝・感謝！

My husband got the order sheet of New Year dishes from his friend who is working in the travel company. Then he brought it to home. I felt early that one year was passed.

I have made New Year dishes until my children entered in the university.

After my children became university students, time for them to play with their friends increased, and time to eat slowly New Year dishes with us decreased.

And so my husband had association with his friend, I began to buy New Year dishes for three persons or two persons.

But when it became the 4^th time, I thought that it was delicious, but I thought I wanted to make my own New Year dishes.

Although I thought so, I placed an order for it.^^;

主人が、旅行会社で働いている友達から、おせち料理の注文書をもらって帰ってきました。

一年はあっという間だなあと思いました。子供たちが大学に入るまでは、私が作っていました。子供たちが大学生になってからは、お友達と遊ぶ時間が増え、ゆっくりおせちを一緒に食べる時間も少なくなりました。また主人の友達とのお付き合いもあるので、２～３人用のおせちを買うようになりました。

でも、４回目になると、美味しいのですが、また自分なりのおせち料理を作りたいとも思いました。そう思いながらも、注文しちゃいました^^;

Rick of English conversation class said that he stepped on the snake on last Sunday.

He was very surprised, because he hates the snake.

We were very surprised, too.

Probably, he said that he thought that the snake was a pit viper.

We were relieved that he wasn’t injured.

Every year I see a snake at once or twice.

But I didn’t see a snake this year.

I don’t know whether it is lucky and bad!?

 英会話教室のリック先生が、先週の日曜日に蛇を踏んだそうです。

ちょうど玄関から入ろうとドアの前に立ったところ蛇を踏んだらしく、驚いたそうです。

聞かされた私たちもビックリです！おそらくマムシだったのではと言っていましたが、怪我しなくてよかったです。私も、毎年蛇を見かけるのですが、今年はまだ一度も見ていません。運がいいのか悪いのか！？
